As well as the advice given, a tap clock wise is always worth a try. The number of stuck screws, nuts, bolts etc I have freed up with that tip is too numerous to remember.

Nothing is too rusty. It just depends on how much money you are willing to spend.

This is the advice I was given from an independent LR specialist and an ex mainsteeler mechanic. Don't go through the chassis.

Can you get them hot dip galvanised?
