i have an 1987 90.. 1992 disco axle was a straight bolt on swap.. (the steering drop arm off the steering box is the only difference) :)

has it got enough refrigerant in the system? (most will shut down when they reach 75% fill charge) does the cooling fan operate? (system will not function if fan knackered) my bet is lack of refrigerant due to leak etc...

i would be concerned about its fire- resistance??:eek:
