    Where does this pipe go????

Also there is no autochoke on the EFI, idle speed is controlled by the ecu, as is mixture. Lumpy idle is normally down to air leaks or a blockage in the breather system. For diagnostics I recommend you download a copy of the Rovergauge software (Free) and buy yourself a lead off ebay (£35 ish)...

    Where does this pipe go????

It goes to the cruise control vacuum pump, which is located under the metal plate that the jack sits on, behind the left hand headlight. If you stick your fingers through the round hole in the plate you will be able to feel the pump, which is held in place by a couple of little rubber plugs...

    Help with O2 sensors

Hi It would depend on your emission regulations but the easiest thing to do is change the "Tune resistor" on the ecu so it runs a non-cat tune. That's assuming yours is running the 14cux fuel injection (Lucas hot wire). As it has already had the cats removed I assume you don't have to comply...

Loss of power after injector seal servicing...

Not a TD5 expert but I know they suffer from oil in the main connection of the injector harness. If there was oil in the harness when it was lifted up out of the way to service the injectors it may have run down to the connection. Try taking unplugging it and cleaning the connection with an...

Where to find the engine number,

Not sure on 300 engine but if it's original it's cleaner and easier to get it from the logbook.

    Removing wheel nut covers... HELP!

Fixed nut covers have a flat face, the removable ones which fit on the locking nuts have a dimple in the centre of the face. If you put the plastic removal tool on the wrong nut you have to undo the nut with a socket and extension bar, then slide the nut out the plastic tube.
