    Anyone used POR15 paint?

I used this on a Galvo chassis: http://www.decoratingdirect.co.uk/viewprod/t/TORGALVPF/ I was initially a bit sceptical about it but it has turned out to be very good stuff and has keyed very well. I put a couple of coats on it and still have plenty left. Dries with a mat finish so almost...

Clutch pedal too heavy for the missus.

The clutch is hydraulic already on all 90/110 and defenders. What age and engine is the vehicle in question? You can fit a clutch pedal from a 300tdi / td5 that have spring assistance (if your vehicle is earlier than these models), this helps a little.

    marslands or richards chassis ????

A vote for Richards chassis here, i have a chassis from them, very good quality and excellent finish. Chassis wall thickness is about 3mm. Everything fits perfectly. They are also very helpful and pleasent to deal with.
