    if you jet wash your rad at high pressure you will feck it up , wash with hosepipe at low pressure i was told

    I have the mpi and was looking into a doozil transplant , be careful about the gearbox mate , not 100 % sure but i was told the mpi gearbox was only rated to the mpi engine and would fail under the extra torque from a doozil engine , be just as well to swap the box from the 200 as well.

    i have something similar on mine , i get it when i come onto or off the clutch and or acceleraqtor and have been told its wear on the splines on the mainshaft to transfer box and its a common thing as on later models they fitted a crossdrilled bearing to allow extra lubrication on the splines...

    if youre really that worried about it , put it on stands and remove the wheels ....although that wont stop a hiab ....park it as far from the road as possib;le then park something else between it and the road , preferably a sherman tank......... for normal day to day security i would recommend...
