    Thanks Pete I have a overdrive fitted to my 90 and the td5 is chipped- I can happily cruise at 80-85mph without any hi reving. If you were to chip a new Ford version and take out the speed limiter could the car cruise at say 85mph without excessive rev from engine? Thanks

    Thanks Pointy Thing Yes the new defender is really nice to drive and it makes it very easy to use as a every day car as well as overland/off road trips.
