I ordered Castrol TransMax 75w-90 GL4/GL5 for the PTU. Also ordered 7 litres of the recommended ATF oil from Opieoils. Not sure how many I need, but if dry fill is 7 litres, at least it should be enough.

I dont think the amount of oil in your hoses is a concern by the way. Mine have always had oil in them, I take the intercooler inlet hose off to get to the oil filter for changing and there's always a consistent level of oil in there. My turbo im not concerned about. Someone else may say...

If your short hose blew off, are you sure you correctly sealed and fully tightened it, and that it hasn't slipped and air is getting out from that? There is only a small lip on the inlet and the clamp needs to make sure the pipe is tightly held in place and cant slip or leak. You can feel...

Hmm, removing the Haldex is beyond my mechanical abilities. I wouldnt be up for that. Sounds like it will need to go in somewhere for that then.
