I would need to sell the engine and gearbox together .I think the gearbox is the better part as it was re-conditioned by Ashcroft just after i bought it .Also i dont have a crane to remove engine myself ,so you would need to remove engine yourself at my address (with my help) .What is it worth...

Mike if you see this thread heres a picture of the centre diff lock lever .All i did was take the top off cleaned greesed and exercised

Thanks for the reply i will do that if no-one wants it as a project .Its easier for me for it to go in one piece .But i do like the idea of taking it apart without thinking about putting it back together BUT The wife is looking forward to parking on her drive after 10 years .

What i forgot to put in the previous post was that the first drive had high revs and would not select 4th gear .Also when slowing down from 4000 revs the box would drop a gear and rev even more .
