    Well, after trying to trace a problem of fuel in the oil and a misfire, I today found I have a very major crack (visible and easy to feel too) down the #2 injector port. Not good - so now I need a new head for a 2003 TD5 - anyone got a clue where to get one cheap?

    If the lower injector seal has gone this would allow engine compression to enter the low preassure diesel chamber, this would then push passed the upper seal, pushing diesel into the oil and loosing compression at the same time.     No, I think that is a little off the mark. The engine has not been apart from what I can see (I work with classic V8's mainly) but the main thing that tells me that the cambelt has not snapped, is that it doesn't have one! It is a chain engine. :rolleyes: :D Thanks for the suggestions though.
