Hi, I think your clutch plate is buggered mate, with possible broken or uneven spring pressure ( this last one from severe overheating at some stage) I think you need to need to consider a complete clutch change!!

AKKERS it is almost certainly your window regulator cables have frayed and are mangled up or have snapped. Try OKZAM LTD on ebay for replacement kits.

Thanks for that LONGDOG, panel -off no wires problem?. Just to reiterate, the window moves up then down slightly( about 2cm each way when using key or the button.:confused:
