Assuming it's an Auto, don't forget the flex plate bolts! :) Also we have found getting to the top bell housing bolts is best done with about half a mile of socket extensions and basically working behind the gearbox with the ratchet. Have fun.

Most likely cause is an insuffiuciently good battery, the P38 needs a good battery, the cold weather, the wonderful heated screens, etc are all bad news for a tired battery.
