    Thanks mate, I found a video on You tube, a guys Mrs was in the car and it locked up. So I'm getting pretty worried about using it at all now.

    Hiya guys, Does anyone have a step by step process for removing a rear diff for a Freelander 2? I spoke to bell engineering, they said I need to get it off to switch it out for a reconditioned one. I have a Haynes manual but it doesn't seem to have it in there.
