    Not sure if of use. Following a couple of chats with DVLA they have said that as the car is over ten years I do not need to fill in the boxes that relate to the CoC. I should just complete as many boxes as possible, supply the supporting evidence, pay the money and then submit. We will see!

    Thanks all for the replies joy. Sadly because it was a government car there is no CoC (who new there was such a rule - I didn't) - I have pushed hard with Land Rover but it's not gonna happen. Next step is my local dealership to see if they have the info or whether I can crib off another...
