How did you fit the rotating part with the wheel studs on ?? the hub with the wheel studs placed on the bottom of the press, the rest with bearing on top and pressed in

i don't understand what you mean, i got the bearing out with the press and the bearing in with the same press, i found a youtube and did exactly the same thing , i have done some bearings before and never had a problem, i think 400Nm is a lot, i dont understand why it must be that much

the make is SKF , the hub down and i pressed the bearing on top of the hub so the whole bearing was pressed on the hub

bonjour, today i changed the two rear wheel bearings with a 10 tons press, no problems for that but, a new driveshaft nut which must be set on 400Nm i think i was on 100 Nw and i can't turn the hub anymore i went back to 50Nm and can turn the hub by hand ,this on both wheels, so what went...
