I have a 1.8 Freelander with HGF. Does anyone know of anyone who has sucessfully fitted an alternative to the wonderfully reliable K series??? Obviously other items such as engine managment and wiring looms would also have to be swapped/modfied. Any thoughts/comments are welcome.

I have a 1.8 Freelander with HGF. What I am looking for are bare, finished (as in ready-to-fit) head and block castings with the intention of re-building the engine. Can anyone suggest a source for these at a reasonable price?
