Went through everything on that one, so started this one as my fault seems different

Hence why I’m here as I’m so bloody confused! Codes are the same for both ecu’s I might redo the injectors one more time as I have 10 of them and just play pot luck on getting a working set of them

All adjusted correctly, it was working perfectly before! I’ve also taken the injectors out and cleaned them with an ultrasonic cleaner and then reset set the clearances and the first day that ran even better

No it doesn’t run idle at all! I check the balance the best I can later

New air filter, fuel filter, and oil filter after the first time it started as I thought it would be best to do a full service

Yep exactly the same codes, how do I check the balance readings on nanocom? As it won’t stay running unless I keep it at 1500rpm

Replacement loom fitted and no difference!

If the replacement one works then I will order a OEM version, as god knows how long the aftermarket one will last again and I can't keep going round in circles, but trying not to spend more currently due to finances being low, so replacement through warranty is my option currently

Hi mate, Yes checked all the above, this is why I'm so puzzled. but hopefully @sierrafery will advise me well on the issue, if I can get someone to do a video when I'm starting/revving it to keep it going I will post it up.

I just spoke with the people who sent the loom and they have said they've never had a faulty one come back but will send me a replacement straight away, so once that has arrived I will update you on the results fingers crossed it sorts it and its here before the weekend

So maybe an idea to buy another injector loom again? or redo the rewire, I did put new pins in the plugs as I have the tool is there anything else that might throw that code?

Hi, as stated in the original post it ran lovely for a month after all that was changed, I'm using the old ECU, but have swapped the ECU's again to clarify it isn't that, the fault codes come up no matter what, I have also tested both ECU's on a friends TD5 and they both work perfectly.

Hi bud, after doing all the above replacement there was no codes as it was running great, but now the problem has come back the only codes I'm getting are those Scroll down the thread and the mod will come up but basically its redoing the wiring for the injectors just in case the loom has split.
