So i found the issue it was the GPL instalation, the ECU from the GPL was wired directly to the cars ECM and did some funny stuff and shorted a couple of wires, had to make a bypass on 2 leads and worked. Thank you for the help!

Yes i used a delphi and a wurth WOW, it read live data and did a diagnostics on it, gave a radio and abs error but no more

Welllll head gasked was changed before this scan, we deleted codes, waiting for service to take it on a run and scan again.
