All sorted now, replaced the positive with mega fuse which was messed up and contact spray on the front crash sensors code cleared, just gonna crack on with swapping over warped discs and straight into the MOT centre finger crossed it get through.

You might be right coz I took the front headlight and front grill off to have a look and no luck nothing yellow there.

Yep that’s where I went to look but there was nothing there, I checked both sides no yellow wiring or sensors at all. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Guys I have an airbag light on the dash, plugged it in to diagnostic and have a B1194 fault which I believe is a crash sensor code for drivers side front I may be wrong but for the life of me I can find the sensor on this 2007 TDV8 vogue SE. Can anyone shed some light on this one.

Thanks guys problem solved with this one used the smoke machine found the culprit hose all sorted now, but need to find out where the crash sensor is to sort out B1194 fault code.

The manifold was our first point of call that seems ok, so it maybe the hose inbetween seems like baby powder has been chucked down there already so this has been a problem for someone else recently.

Could be that, you might be right because we swapped over the MAF and the fault didn’t move position so I may just be a hose in between, right I’m off to buy baby powder to find this crack.

Hi Iynall, I worked for Land Rover for a few years after a 10 year stretch at BMW it wouldn’t surprise me, just wasn’t expecting such a quick pick up on low ratio after being over taken on the slightest incline by a push bike on high ratio.

Hi Mark, I’ve sprayed down the manifold to see if the was any tone difference doesn’t seem to have any leaks, turbos are working fine as it produces plenty of power when it’s on low ratio, we’ve even checked dpfs, this all all before I chucked it into low ratio and it ran with no issues done...
