Many thanks. Would you know what year range to look out for, I would replace all bushes etc, just for piece of mind. A friend gets a lot of galvanising done for work and the stripping and cleaning is paid by the tank, not weight, so he can get it back to bare metal for me.i wouldn't bother...

Thanks for that, I did get a link from a post here before, and it's been brilliant as i just printed off the sections i needed filled in the blanks with torque settings and part numbers etc, been renewing rear brake back plates, so ended up renewing all suspension arms, bearings, drop links etc...

I could be wrong but wasn't there a problem with sub frame mount captive nut welds breaking causing a knocking, just thinking as you've had the vehicle up in the air, for the suspension work, it may have disturbed something.
