L322 LPG 4.4 petrol head gasket issue

one thing to try is to switch off the gas emulator and run it entirely on petrol to see if the misfire and smoke remains. my LPG mechanic said it could be that the petrol and gas are burning together?

L322 LPG 4.4 petrol head gasket issue

One more thing a mechanic has assumed after revving the engine that it is the piston rings at fault as he believes oil is going into the piston rings and hence the blue/black/white smoke coming out and misfire. Im shocked that he was able to diagnose that by just revving it. Not sure what it...

So apparently the smoke is burnt oil and petrol not coolant, as it has a smell and is not steam, if that makes sense

a lot more then two bottles unfortunately. Did three ignition coils and pcv valve. My issue now is, putting in the juice prior to selling may not be the best option for leaking vaporiser seal, and if I try it and it doesn’t work. Will see on Monday.

L322 LPG 4.4 petrol head gasket issue

would this work for a leaking seal in the vapouriser/reducer? mechanics have said it’s not the head gasket and have been advised by people on this forum not to use steel seal due to the adverse affects the liquid can have on other parts of the vehicle.

One thing is, coolant level was okay today, probably at minimum, and the engine is not overheating when driven. But misfiring is awful and that white smoke, would make James Bond proud (smoke bomb)

Update: Repaired PCV valve, 3 ignition coils Feels like it was pointless Issue still the same, white smoke intermittently from the exhaust Something I have noticed, the white smoke is less when run on petrol, seems to be on LPG when it happens Car is still for sale as spares and repairs

L322 LPG 4.4 petrol head gasket issue

Did the above repairs with the said mechanic. Took the car for a test drive and was spitting oil from the exhaust and loads of white smoke causing an obstacle for others on the road. They must have fitted the pcv valve incorrectly! Or something else? Just a headache honestly!

L322 LPG 4.4 petrol head gasket issue

Advice needed: Mechanic inspection has led to believe 3 coils are misfiring. They have suggested I replace the 3 coils and the spark plugs LPG mechanic advises PCV valve, mechanic says everything points to the coil pack. Should I change the PCV valve too? The spark plugs were done in March...
