Hi thanks for the info for some reason my searches didn't find it , your not wrong about the price ! ! I think peel off vinyl and foam ,grind off rust rivet on strengthening plate , paint and stick cover back on us the cheaper option !!

Hi thanks for replying , I guess land rover wouldn't have put them in if no use ? So I maybe them falling off would have helped my doors to rust out ? As I'm going to the trouble of fixing the doors I would like to stick the plastic thing back on ,any idea where it goes ? Thanks
