Want to keep the body and paintwork as it is. Ideally get all the mechanical side of things restored to a modern standard. Everything else ( cosmetic ) replaced but keeping it as original as possible.

We have approx £6k to throw into it if needs it. Obviously that's without the need to replace the chassis or bulkhead.

I totally agree. How much ( estimate ) do you think it would need for engine, running gear and chassis repair? We have a garage lined up to approach and request they complete the work.

Quick question...... How can you tell if the miles has gone around the clock? We believe the 25k mileage is legit however cant be proved as only 1 MOT record in 2005. Its been stored on the same farm for 30 years and its not the biggest farm going.

Thats the closest I could get underneath today. Caked in mud and more mud so couldn't see a great deal but overall the chassis doesn't seem too bad. Apparently it was flooded in Feb and the brakes aren't the best.
