It's not the main panhard rod bolt. It's the lower bracket bolt. There's a lot of rust around the top. More beer will always find a way.

TD5 2002 90. It seems from stuff I have read that these bolts like to form an unbreakable rust bond. In removing my steering guard the last bolt (it's always the last) sheered off. You can see it in the picture. I have done a few local miles very gingerly. It's possibly a bit beyond my skills...
