I've had it up in the air and checket the UJ for play, but I can't find any specific defects. I know that the play can be very small but is easily noticed when driving. so i really wonder if there is anyone who has changed diffrential or transfercase because of play and clunk sounds.

Hello. I get a clunking sound when I go from engine brake to throttle. Seems to come from one of the propshafts, transfercase or forward differential. I can't find any obvious fault with any components. Anyone know what could be wrong? Stian - Norway.
