Righto... Axle oil, changed aswell as the transfer box.. Gave another round of checks with the grease gun and it's come out of the sides... Checked the breaks and wheels and all appear fine breaks Ok... Taken her out for a spin and the clicking is still there BUT it's a lot quieter so much so...

I'm pretty Sure but I've just checked and there a few quid so gonna pic some up and change them for the price are they hard to replace? ... But with the engine off I spray wd over the low plug turn on the engine and it bubbles, turn the engine off and it stops is that normal?

Ahh sorry where the glow plugs go in? That's what I ment.

Replaced all the outlet hose and the injection pipes seem fine, so I idled at 2000rpm and went with the wd40 and then I noticed that just below the injector where the wires are it was bubbling when wet? (and engine running) could this be related?

I'll give them the once over once I've warmed up and had a bacon sandwich ;-), gone out this morning and it's now back to how it was before I can't even get up the hill? I have gone along the fuel line spraying wd40 to see if that causes any change in revs and no nothing, so the injectors...

Took it for a drive and while going down the M1 it started again :mad: managed to get it off the m1 but i have noticed at revs there is a minute trace of bubbles, now here is what I've got the Fuel Spill Return Pipe that i replaced and is clear, it has a air bubble in and i can only remove it...

Thanks for the help it's now fixed went to bypass the sedimenter and found this. Used 8mm over the top of the existing pipe and hose clipped down. Now 100% and no air bubbles ;-)

Well it's all on and it starts 100x better, and from high to low revs the engine no longer shakes to death.. But! It still drops in power no where near as bad here is a clip of said moment you can hear the revs drop but there is still bubbles and that return pipe eventually empties after a...

Got the new lift pump just now.. So set on to replace and notice my current lift pump has a spacer there? I've included the pic.. Does this need to be there as a few guieds I've seen don't mention a spacer..?
