Lives another day, the V6 lion engine decided to try and eat the auxiliary belt tensioner on the D3 caught this just in time. Opportunity to get the massive spanners out again to remove the fan. New belt and tensioner fitted. 127,803 miles.

I once read that the DPF came in the 2nd year of D4. Interesting viewing all the same. Oil service must really be adhered to with the 3&4.

You need the fault codes to pinpoint the issue, else you'll end up going round in circles. Welcome to LZ also.

It can erase codes and calibrate suspension, I have done mine no issue. Tomorrow I'll plug mine in and guide you to where you need to be.

Get a AUTEL AP200 £58 ( " south American jungle " Prime ) it will read the fault codes and recalibrate your suspension, I suspect you may have a air leak in the tank. Disco will prime the air tank once engine started all doors shut. You really need to read the fault codes else you'll be chasing...

Just out of curiosity has anyone recently worked on the vehicle? Maybe get some cleaner to clean up the sensor plug/ socket. Tomorrow try and recalibrate the settings on all four corners and see what then happens. I used a tape measure to ensure all the corners were the correct height. You're...

Well this was the week that the fuel burning heater sprang into life on the D3 from earlier in the year! A steam joy to behold! ha ha

When the vehicle is switched on, from the passenger side rear of the vehicle ( just in front of the rear wheel arch ) do you hear the compressor running? I am already suspecting a dead compressor.

I calibrated mine no issue with the AP200, I think your issue lies within the height sensors. Are there any fault codes read from the cars ECU that have been recorded when the suspension is playing up with it's traffic lights?

As above, the 3.0L is prone to failure also, if you have good search around t'web you'll see in various forums that these engines are troublesome. Have a look at something else within budget from the LR big house.
