I believe it was rovacom.No fault came up to say it was an egr valve. Had a look around and you are able to take it off and clean it arent you?

Thanks Wammers. Been on a diagnostics and no faults coming up. Idling at about 800. The problem has gradually got worse when selecting D it started by only threatening to stall but now its a complete stall on selection.
