Took the injector out and found I have another broken injector clamp, turns out that I've miss read the torque settings for the bolts, so when I've tightened down the injector nuts it's put too much stress on the clamp and snapped. New clamp on its way, bolts...

Yep got the clamp in the right way, looking at the seals on your injector, mine definitely seem too thin, I'll order Bosch ones I think but I've never had problems with cheaper ones before. Thank you.

I'll get the injector back out tomorrow as I've just had a thought about the rubber o ring, I suspect it's the wrong size, it doesn't fill the groove in the injector. If I remember correctly, it should fit snug in the space and stand proud of the body of the injector. I don't have the old one...
