Steve many Thanks got my top set and bolts from Turner. Do i need to lock the timing gear off before removing heads etc or is it just pushrods

Having problems with my V8 mk2 Discovery 4ltr Petrol. No1 spark plug seems to tighten up okay but when I drive the plug pops out after about a minute. wondering if anyone knows of a suitable kit to repair the threads without removing the head?? Thanks in anticipation Colin
