    L322 INPA and BM54/Nav/DSP problems

I did Dan. It just said it was an incorrect disc. Locked up the nav for t mins then I managed to get the disc out. This is why I was asking what type of file the nav is looking for to start the process off. Do you know or have you heard of IK spy software? Apparently that can clear the sw...

    L322 INPA and BM54/Nav/DSP problems

That's the file I used. Burn it and you get 5 folders and 3 files. Mk3 has 3 folders in. It seems to be more of a Global firmware disc. As if you need to pick out the bit you want. The nav unit will be fussier than that. It will want a certain type of file to kick off the fw upgrade procedure...

    L322 INPA and BM54/Nav/DSP problems

I haven't been burning cd's for 10 years or more. Who uses cd's these days? Used to do a lot with games and software. It is the mk3 folder. Only other files not shown are three which names escape me. Mine is an 04 RR vogue with a mk3 nav. Not knowing what files the nav is looking for doesn't...

These are all the files on the disc. The highlighted file is whats on the right. All the others are pretty much the same. The NV folders are empty. If you open the LROC folders you get these files.....

Those files only appear once you burn it to disc. Before burning they were just a ccd and img file. Got the file rr.rar from the Neil okey site mentioned earlier in thus thread.

    L322 INPA and BM54/Nav/DSP problems

I downloaded the file for range rovers and burnt a disc using img burn and there are 8 files/folders on the disc but when I insert it into the nav unit it says its an incorrect disc. Does this look correct?

    L322 INPA and BM54/Nav/DSP problems

Do you know how to use INPA to code the replacement amp? When INPA is plugged in, I cant see the amp. Can see and control the radio/tv/nav modules but not the amp. The amp has both perm and ign fed live and the car did have an amp before it got wet. Would a battery reset and amp plugged in make...

    L322 INPA and BM54/Nav/DSP problems

Thanks for the reply. I guessed it would but wondered if anyone knew of a reversal to get it out that screen other than applying a fw disc. I did download that RR file but there is no img file in the rar file so it doesn't look like it will work. I'll have to burn one with just the files and see...

    L322 INPA and BM54/Nav/DSP problems

Thanks for the reply. I was told that the audio equipment, while using the ikbus (or something) wasn't actually coded and parts were easily interchangeable unlike Speedo heads for instance. They also don't store hard codes. If you put a BM54 into transportation mode via inpa then it does stop...
