Although there's still a mountain of jobs to do, I bought my FL1 for a bit of fun and as such am looking for tips on where to best mount a VHF/UHF set. I want to be able to see the read out, there's a space to the left of the instrument binnacle that looks promising. Any suggestions accepted.

My 2006 F1 just clicked over to 158k, only had it since December last year, have put new boots all round and am planning to replace too many things to list here but she runs really well although the gearbox is a bit notchy.

It is fully up and I could feel the nut but it looks like the clamp is made of ally and there's quite a lot of oxidisation built up.

Thanks all, I think I must have used the wrong phrase, It's the tailgate window that's stuck in place.

Can anyone give me pointers on how to (safely) remove the rear window on my MK1 I've had the door card off and the cables have snapped. I've bought a repair kit am struggling to remove the upright rails. Haynes doesn't seem to be much use. Regards Paul
