    P38A My first EAS Fun

Thanks, I have been looking at the Arduino myself and I am going to pick up a starter kit for fun. I have some bouncing issues with my car and I am going to start off by building a way to monitor whats going on. Seems like its possible to do this (and really build a new EASECU) with only the...

    P38A My first EAS Fun

Good morning, Quite interested in your project, can you explain a little bit more how it is made up and designed?

I do belive that a leaks should be ruled out by all the tests I have preformed. The third option is some wierd electrical gremlin, which I now fear...

Tried to clean the plug but still not difference. Made calibration blocks from a broomstick for "Standard" height. Now it only seems like the front is going up and down for about 1-1.5cm.

Well, I was curious so I installed a pressure gauge inline with the tank. The compressor fills the tank with approx 9,8 bars with no problems. It seems when the valves open I get a pressure dip to about 5bar. When it closes again the pressure quickly rises again, but the drop is enough to...

The attached log is from my garage floor. I tried to clear the contact with a thin screwdriver and I think the car became more stable. The logging says that the compressor is "ON" all the time, but that is not correct. Just after the front lifted itself by approx 10mm the compressor runs for...

Fresh out of contact cleaner, but I will get some more tomorrow. Checked the connectors and I saw one pin with some slight green corrotion.

Should I guess, speed bumps? I am not too impressed with the Nanocomm logging. I tried once more and I can feel that the compressor stops running but it says "ON" the whole time according to the logfile.

Just regular tape from wheel arch to wheel in order to detect drop. The pipes were left connected to the valve block. Maybe I should get a T and a manometer in order to see what is going on the the tank pressure. I did pressure test at the connection with dishwashing liquid yesterday but I...

-I taped off all the wheels yesterday and removed the delay timer relay. I see not significant drop at any corner, max 5mm in about 24hrs. I guess this would suggest that the system from valve block is leak free. -Previous owner calibrated with blocks after replacing sensors. Yesterday I...

    - Checked the calibration. Seems pretty good, previous owner calibrated with blocks. The car has 16" wheels so that might be why it seems tall on "closeup". - Did as the post in "Technical archive" said the checked compressor. Seems good as assumed, since i just rebuilt it :) - Unscrewed the...

I will do some more research and find out if there is any detectable leaks. In the picture the car is in «standard» height, (calibrated to: 116,116,115,115). Do you think it is too high? What is the measurement from level ground to wheelarch on your car?

I do not think there is a leak at the spings, but I attached some tape earlier today and we will see the result tomorrow. Valve block was brand new. I have not opened it so I do not know the colour of the seals.

It does adjust while stationery while engine running, that is the first file (log.csv). What is wierd is that when I have it in "HIGH" it does not adjust....
