as far as I know and I might be wrong it was a requirement in Belgium to have the lights in the wings as well as indicators on the side of the wings. There’s a rear fog light added as well. About the bumper, 4 holes are for mounting a tow hitch something like the one from the pic below I reckon...

Not really. Only passionate people who love the brand have them as they know what they truly are, few show offs who sell them after about three months and some government organisations such as firefighters, police or mountain rescue
