Well, well... The chap at Paddock dealing with the return says they're quite aware that the Lynx Evo doesn't work very well with the Discovery 2. Wish they'd just said that before.

I wouldn't recommend the Lynx Evo (different to Lynx), incase you stumble across it's slick marketing...

I've heard that Nanocoms aren't as reliable as Hawkeyes or the old Lynx's when it comes to reading fault codes. I accept that the Nanocom may be tops for programming, but I'm not generally out for fancy programming (apart from key and immobiliser programming, which I gather the Hawkeye can do...

@neilly , How do you select CDL from underneath? Sounds like a pain to get to, but may be useful one day...

Right... I think I understand. So if I were, for example, to "Force Output" the "Robust Immobiliser" it would simply immobilise the car?
