    Acquiring a CoC in Europe (pre 1998)

    Does anybody have any experience of getting a CoC for registering a pre 1998 Defender in Europe. I am currently trying to chart a course through Spanish bureaucracy and register my Defender in Spain - it is impossible without a CoC and Landrover in Spain or the UK can’t issue me one.
