I cleared this code after change relay, but c1178 still comes back.

I have error C1178. Launch says "Brake light Relay electrical failure". But this is not true because I changed this relay and the error still exists. The relay works correctly. Where is the problem? Maybe it's a sensor on the brake pedal?
