Norton blaze rapid strip discs (or cheaper equivalent off Amazon). Changed my perception of how easy it can be to strip paint, rust and underseal and they are so quick compared to flap discs, not do they get clogged up easily.

Shortened the rear door and came up with my own solution to stop water ingress out of the rear pick up into the cab, given we've retained the swing door.

King cab construction is done!!!!! The the effing lord!!

Suspension video is all edited and uploaded. Got some work done on the king cab roof yesterday, and will be finalising and uploading a video showing that, and then tbh, there's not a great deal left to do before paint!!! Getting excited now.

Realised whilst filming this episode how much easier it is to get the pre-fabricated footwells. Not sure why I ever thought it was best saving a fiver just to make them out of sheet!

Tub mounted back on for the final time. Also made me chuckle when the wife realised exactly what a 'lift' spring does :D

Nearly done with this goddamn chassis. It's one of those jobs where I keep finding another little bit, then another. At least she'll be solid for another few years when I'm done! Anyways, episode 5 uploaded.

Finished on the underside of the tub, after getting some lovely crap stuck in my eye when working on the chassis resulting in a beautiful trip to the hospital and some eye scraping with a syringe!!! After this one, the content can get a bit more onto the fun putting back together type of stuff!!

Latest episode, still more boring stuff I'm afraid, but a massive thumbs up to Arc Rite for their Corroless S we have been using!!
