    Discovery 2 overheating.

    Just found a leak in the radiator. Will look into replacing it and see if that fixes it . Can anyone recommend an aluminium radiator for a td5?

    I wish I had replaces the standard pipe clips with jubilee clips now as it is a bit of a pain getting the thermostat out. I'll try another new one I recon. On the plus side a managed to change 3 of the door actuators with total success today. Now they all work. Thank you for helping . Matt

    Hey Feathers, Thank you for your reply. Ye, raised the header tank until coolent came out of the bleed screw. Ran her up to temperature, let her cool down and topped up the expansion take. Seemed to go very smoothy. I replaced the thermostat on my last td5 with no issues so can't understand...
