i am rebuilding a td5 as crankshaft is shot. Is it necessary to replace every strech bolt? I am renewing head bolts but will i get away with the original bigend and main bearing bolts?

A little coolant is being used, but this occured when i came off a motorway after an hour run. How is the marks of the valve explained?

Just took the head off my td5 as the compression was low on No3 and it was running lumpy. Here is a picture of what i found. The valve has hit the piston and i think has bent the conrod as this is as high it will go, the others come up flush. Is it possible to change it from underneath?
