Cheers for the reply! Yeah I'm guessing the sunroof probably does leak somewhere, I've got a new seal I'm going to fit, then I guess if it leaks it will be a headlining job... Got myself a Haynes manual, I'll check out the one you've mentioned. The motor came missing the manual, I'm guessing...

Small update... was still playing up this morning, switching off for a fraction of a second every 10-20 seconds. After running the engine for 5 mins or so the problem appears to have temporarily gone away.. the terminals on the battery are nice and tight, I'm thinking the battery itself maybe on...
