Whats the fix for the Clicking noise?

Also whenever I open my door there clicking sound coming from the ignition or gear shifter area

holidaychicken, You're on the right track. Someone mentioned that it could be the battery or the alternator. Both of them were replace less than a year ago and just had them tested and they tested good. That test might be faulty so I'll have it tested by another shop.

Yes I've turned the steering wheel lock to lock 4 times, but usually it clears by second time. Still HDC Inactive and ABS lights on

Yes I did the work myself per the Land Rover manual and other source like British Atlantic videos and others.

The lifters came prepacked individual and were covered in oil, but i did not pump them.

That corner on the block is where I kept having an oil leak I couldn't find. It just kept smoking in that area. Can you explain the small non return valve issue?
