Got the car back from the garage today, they stripped the thing down, found nothing wrong and gave me it back, telling me 'if' it happens again to call them!! At least it was free!!!

Rac towed it away this morning, well dragged it onto the lorry, gone to the garage for repair, will let you all know the outcome....
