    defender wheelbase quandry

my landy is listed on v5 as a 110 defender but the wheelbase measured from front to rear centers is 93 inches, it has uprated springs ,is highered and has a disco 3.5 v8 and lt95 box, possibly a disco 1 front axle, is this why it does not measure correctly ???:confused:
