rate then i'm trying to take the prop shaft off and managed to get the front of at the IRD but can't seem to tempt it away from the VCU, any ideas cause i'm about to attack it with a huge hammer ,

the muffin man... only joking, rate then, i've been trawling through here researching this "mondo mode" thing. is it really as simple as remove front and rear prop shaft and supports then the leave VCU hanging in the wind? and how much MPG / performance would i expect to gain?

was close to tears last night on way home while going down a by-pass at 55 the whole thing started shuddering and vibrating quite strongly, also "sounded" like i was driving on flat tires. took the front wheels off last night and couldn't see anything had broke or that was loose, any ideas...

just a thought, would giving the 1.8 engine more power reduce the risk of HGF or make it worse cause i'm under the impression that it's because it's under powered and is strained more it blows the gasket,
