    Thanks Dsicool, will check this out, as I said on an earlier thread, god awful sound when I press the button sounds like a ratchet noise and sticks. When I removed the interior light to get to the motor,I pressed a screw driver into the white wheel in centre of the motor and it started to work...

    Hi folks can you help? Got an 06 Freelander HSE, but the tilt and slide electric sun roof makes a hell of a racket and is only tilting half way then stops, and makes a gawd awful ratchet sound. have found that ifI press a screwdriver into the white platic slot in the motor, it works once then...
