I'd give it a good clean down and check it again after a few miles. If there has been a leak for a while, the oil will be in every minute place and will slowly ooze with the engines heat. Hopefully you don't have to drop the sump👍

Are the coolant temp sensors reading correctly as well? 🤔

I'd change em'.. The risk of one letting go and damaging something in it's path isn't worth the possibility of extra expense. 👍

Both accessory belts are consumables and can't be "sealed for life" items👍 The restricted performance can one of many issues due to cracked plastics on the inlet/turbo side, jamming air direction valves if dual turbos, sticking turbo vanes, Split or blown off turbo pipes.. 🤔

Disconnect each wire on the plugs and do a resistance check on each glowplug, they should be between 0.9 ohm and 1.2 ohm. Any one or two plugs different, change them all for beru or bosch. 👍 Also cycle the key and check for voltage at one of the plug wires. !!! Makes sure the wires are...

Normally black on start up, it'll chug a little then run properly. Normally when one or two glow plugs go down it'll be a long crank to get it fire up🫣

My son used an earlier version of the condenser in his 2001 38' but we do have a 1996 38' and were able to use the aircon pipes to get it to work like an earlier model.

Any fuel leak is an air leak meaning fuel dropping back to the tank... Long start/crank. 👍
