I have just noticed that if windscreen wipers are on and I put car in reverse, if lights don't come on neither does rear wiper. Have ordered new switch which should be here tomorrow.

Hi all, I am having an issue with my reverse lights in that they don't work when I first start the car but eventually kick in after about 15-20mins driving. It's as if they need to warm up. Could it be the reverse switch that needs replacing?

I have eventually got the wiring loom from LR so I can take it up to my local garage tomorrow for it fitting. Does anybody know where I can download fitting instructions?

I believe only the sensor was changed. Would the harness not being replaced cause the black smoke and rattle tho?

Honestly they could have told you that on phone surely! That's disappointing, I was looking forward to going down to get a key, as you say its the key that is needed more than the plip fob.

I too need another set as I only have the 1 for my td4 so I phoned my local stealer in Sheffield and was quoted £102 for the key, £125 for the fob and roughly £55+vat for the labour to program them both to car!

Haynes manual says 30 psi front and rear for up to 4 passengers and luggage, 30 psi front and 44 psi rear for full load & towing, that's for original tyres tho, says may vary if other make etc fitted.

ok, so did a leak back test by unclipping the t connectors, and turned to ign.2 for 12 secs. nothing from top of any injector. note - there was a tiny fuel spill from inj.2-4 when taking clip off, no.1 had nowt. so put back together and tried to start....nope, didn't like it. so pulled the fuel...
