    Freelander TD4 2005

Has anyone fitted the driving lights? I've got a brand new set to fit (along with an A Bar) and haven't got around to fitting either yet. Much of a job?

    18' Sport wheels on Freelander TD4 2001

Out of curiosity, my facelift has the 5 spoke 16" Freedom wheels which I've seen on both the facelifts and the pre-facelifts. Does that mean there is two versions of this wheel?

Freelander 1 Is the front bumper a single piece?

Diesel Do, I don't suppose you have any pictures do you?

Freelander 1 Is the front bumper a single piece?

Ah, I guess some of the plastic welds have gone a bit skyward. I wonder whether it's worth taking the whole bumper off to fix it or just to put a couple of self tappers through it to hold it in place if it gets too loose.

Freelander 1 Unused Connectors in Engine Bay

Not fogs, have got those. The driving light kit comes with its own loom (I have one in a box waiting to be fitted). I've checked all the wiring diagrams I can find and can see the colours anywhere! Maybe it's for the flux capacitor!

Anyone got any thoughts on the little connector?

Freelander 1 Is the front bumper a single piece?

The bottom section of my front bumper (the grey bit in the middle, under the numberplate) looks as though it wants to remove itself from the main front bumper of my Series 1 Facelift. Is it supposed to come off separately or is the whole bumper one piece? I'm just wondering what the best way...

Freelander 1 Unused Connectors in Engine Bay

I'm wondering is someone can help me out with some of the wiring in my engine bay? I've just noticed a couple of unused connectors attached to the wiring loom near to the battery/fuse box One is just to the right of the battery, with a black connector which looks as though it connects to a...

Freelander 1 Question for those with a soft top fitted....

Yeah, they help a little, but I think ideally the window needs to raise another couple of mm (it's been re-calibrated) or the frame of the soft top rear window needs to be a couple of mm lower. I've read that the corner locking posts can be adjusted, but haven't looked into that yet...

Thanks Skinny Mike. Our's goes up about the same.

Freelander 1 Question for those with a soft top fitted....

Does your rear door glass go all the way up to the top of the channel which runs along the top of the soft top? Mine stops a few mm short of going all the way up and, as such, is very close to not being under the material of the roof all the way round. I've tried re-calibrating, but the rear...

Freelander 1 Key Transponder & Alarm Key Fob....

I struggled to find a local locksmith who could do the Series 1 key and keyfob. In the end I found a mobile auto locksmith who could do it, it still wasn't cheap, but cheaper than a LR dealer.

Freelander 1 3dr Parcel Shelf / Load Cover

I've found a couple of soft tops since I've been looking but they've been miles away. You're right about the shelf. Plywood and covering I think.
