Got it....! Thanks to your initial suggestion I ended up googling 'defender grey cloth' which resulted in some good images...from which I managed to identify the trim as Moorland Grey. Thanks for all your help...now to try and track down an original, but good condition, low back 2nd row middle...

Neilly, Great plan and have now done so....not sure what I've learnt though :-) The very friendly and helpful lady at the other end has informed me that their system lists the trim as 'grey cloth'....where to from here... :-)
