Welcome dude, great place this, lots of knowledge around. I also have a Disco, a 300Tdi. But the body has rusted to hell. Started with the boot floor. I am now planning to use the the mechanicals which are all good and mixing them with defender bodywork, like Mark Evans did with his Range Rover.

I've also thought about getting some defender bodywork and making it fit the Disco chassis. Similar to what Mark Evans did to when he used his Range Rover chassis and dropped a Defender body on it.
